A warm front will lift north of the area and set the stage for a much warmer day on Thursday. We’ll have times of clouds and sunshine with highs in the 70s. A shower or thunderstorm This front will lift back northward on Thursday allowing us to have a warmer day with clouds, some sunshine and the chance for a shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 70s.
The next system will slowly move through the region with rain and thunderstorms on Friday. Some of the rainfall could be heavy. Highs on Friday will be in the 60s. Behind this system, an upper level low pressure system will keep us cool and unsettled through the holiday weekend and perhaps into the beginning of next week. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and cool with showers and drizzle. Clouds should break for at least some peeks of sunshine on Easter Sunday but there still could be a couple of showers around. Highs on Sunday will once again in the 50s. Monday will still bring clouds and some sunshine with scattered showers. Highs will be in the 60s. Warmer air will then make a return for the following week. Tuesday will still feature more clouds than sunshine along with the likelihood for a couple of showers. Highs will be in the middle to upper 60s. Wednesday will also be unsettled with plenty of clouds along with showers, maybe thunderstorms with highs in the 60s. The rest of next week will stay warmer than average.
