The upper level low pressure system that has been bringing us this unsettled weather will continue to lift out of the area for the middle of the week. The weather will continue to improve on Wednesday with sunshine mixing with some clouds. There is a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm by the end of the day. Highs will be in the 60s, some spots flirting with the 70° mark.
A weak and fasting moving disturbance will bring scattered showers Wednesday night into Friday thing on Thursday; otherwise, Thursday will be milder with a mix of clouds and sunshine and highs in the upper 60s to near 70. Friday will also be partly sunny and mild with highs near to just above 70. The next disturbance will bring a scattering of showers and thunderstorms Friday afternoon into Friday night. If it does rain, this will continue our streak of wet Fridays which stems all of the way back to the end of March. In fact, most Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays have been wet this year. This streak may end over the weekend as there will only be a slight chance for a shower on Saturday and only the small chance for a pop up shower or thunderstorm later on Sunday. We’ll have a mix of clouds and sunshine each day over the weekend. Highs on Saturday will be in the lower to middle 70s on Saturday. Highs will be in the upper 70s. This is the start of a warmer weather pattern. Monday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine with highs well into the 70s to near 80. Tuesday will also be warm and humid with a mix of clouds and sunshine along with the chance for an afternoon shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the 70s to near 80. We’ll stay warm through the middle of next week.
