The next disturbance will bring a scattering of showers and thunderstorms late tonight into the day on Friday. Some of these could bring a downpour. Lows tonight will be in the 50s, which is milder than the recent nights. While there still will be a shower or thunderstorm in places on Friday, we will still have a mix of clouds and sunshine, and it will be a warm day with highs in the 70s. Most likely our streak of wet Fridays which goes all the way back into the month of March will continue.
The good news is most of the weekend should be rain free. There is only a slight chance for a shower in a few spots on Saturday; otherwise, we will have a mix of clouds and sunshine with highs in the lower to middle 70s. A warm front will lift north of the area for Sunday and temperatures will reach up to near to just above the 80 degree mark. There is a chance for a shower thunderstorm later Sunday into Monday. Monday will be a warm day with a mix of clouds and sunshine and highs in the 70s to near 80. Behind the front Tuesday will be slightly cooler with partial sunshine and highs in the lower to middle 70s. Wednesday will turn a little warmer. As the warm and more humid air arrives, there will be a couple of showers and thunderstorms around Wednesday; otherwise, Wednesday will feature clouds and sunshine with highs in the 70s to near 80. Thursday should be partly sunny and warm with a high near 80.
