Overnight Weather Forecast Thursday, January 10th, 2019

Friday will still be brisk, but not quite as windy. We’ll have more clouds than sunshine in the morning and then more sunshine than clouds during the afternoon. Highs on Friday will be in the upper 20s to the lower 30s. With a clearer sky and less winds, it’s going to turn cold Friday night in the teens. There will still be some dim sunshine early Saturday but then it will become mostly cloudy.

Some snow seems likely later Saturday through early Sunday as a storm system cuts south of our area. With this system cutting to the south, we’ll have a cold weekend. Highs will be in the 20s Saturday and then will struggle through the 20s to the lower 30s on Sunday. Early next week will be seasonably cold. Monday and Tuesday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine with highs in the 20s to the lower 30s. A weak disturbance may bring some flurries Wednesday; otherwise, it will be chilly with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Thursday will be a little colder with clouds and sunshine and highs in the 20s to near 30. Temperatures will stay near average levels into the following holiday weekend.
