Friday will becoming windy and milder with more clouds than sunshine. An approaching cold front will bring some showers and thunderstorms to the area during the afternoon into the evening hours. Highs on Friday will be in the middle to upper 60s with a few spots making a run to the 70 degree mark. Any of the showers or thunderstorms could be heavy with flooding downpours and perhaps strong gusts of wind.
There really won’t be any cooling behind the cold front, in fact, Saturday is going to turn out to be a warmer day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. There will be more clouds to the south and more sunshine to the north. Highs on Saturday will be near to just above 70. This will feel quite warm, if not hot, for the fans in the sun during the Blue-White game. The weather will not stay nice for the entire weekend as the next disturbance will return clouds on Sunday. Rain will develop Sunday, helping to keep temperatures from rising higher than 60. There could also be a thunderstorm in places on Sunday. There still could be some rain early then clouds will break for some sunshine with a gusty wind for the rest of Monday. Highs will be in the lower to middle 50s. Tuesday will be partly sunny but cool with highs in the lower to middle 50s. Wednesday will turn milder again with a mix of clouds and sunshine and only a slight chance for a shower. Temperatures Wednesday will return into the 60s. Thursday will also be mild with highs in the 60s despite more in the way of clouds and the chance for showers later in the day. It will then turn colder for the following weekend.
