Weathercast

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for Elk, Cameron, Jefferson, Clearfield, Northern Centre, Cambria, and Somerset counties until 10 AM.

Today we will have clouds breaking for some sunshine later. It will be a breezy day with afternoon temperatures mostly in the 30s. Tonight we will have a variably cloudy sky with our low temperatures falling down into the middle and upper 20s. Now as we head into Wednesday we will continue to have more clouds than sunshine. HIgh temperatures will be reaching the middle and the upper 30s. Wednesday night will start to become partly cloudy with low temperatures once again dropping into the middle and upper 20s. Thursday will feature times of clouds and sunshine, but a flurry or light shower can’t be ruled out with a system off to our south. Our high temperatures will rise into the upper 30s and the lower 40s. Another system will makes its way toward our area on Friday. This will bring us increasing clouds with rain developing later in the day. HIgh temperatures Friday will get to the middle and upper 30s. As we move through the day on Saturday this system will finish moving through the area. It will keep us rather cloudy with showers and a bit of a wintry mix is possible. High temperatures will be in the upper 30s to the lower 40s. Sunday will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine with high temperatures once again getting to the upper 30s and the lower 40s. Then to start the following week we will have yet another system moving toward Central PA. This will bring us a partly to mostly cloudy sky Monday with some rain possible later in the day. Tuesday will turn out to be cloudy with showers that may have a bit of a wintry mix as our high temperatures will be in the 30s.
