Today we will have a southeasterly wind with temperatures in the mid to upper 60s. Some western areas will reach the lower 70s. Today we will have a rather cloudy sky with scattered showers and thunderstorms. At this point, it looks like the showers and thunderstorms will be more prevalent in the late afternoon and evening hours and mainly in the west. Tonight we will continue to see some showers with temperatures dropping into the lower to mid 50s.
Friday showers and thunderstorms will linger early in the day and then slowly taper off. Most of the day it will stay cloudy. Our high temperatures on Friday will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Friday night we will have variable cloudiness with low temperatures in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Saturday high temperatures will reach into the mid to upper 60s. Saturday at this point looks like we will have times of clouds and sunshine. As the day goes on, clouds will take over the sky on Saturday. Saturday night we will fall into the upper 40s to lower 50s with a mostly cloudy sky.
Sunday we will have another system moving in. There will be variable cloudiness with showers. We will even have times of rain. Our high temperatures on Sunday will be in the lower to mid 60s. If you plan on celebrating mom outdoors on Sunday for Mother’s Day make sure to have a rain jacket with you. Sunday night we will have temperatures in the 40s.
Monday there will be a partly cloudy sky with scattered showers. High temperatures on Monday will be in the lower to mid 60s. Tuesday we will have times of clouds and sunshine. Our high temperatures on Tuesday will be in the mid to upper 60s. This is right on par with average for this time of the year. Average high temperatures this time in May are in the mid 60s. Tuesday night we will have temperatures falling into the upper 40s to lower 50s. Wednesday will be a milder day. Our high temperatures on Wednesday will reach into the upper 60s to lower 70s.
