A storm system cutting under our area will spread rain into the area this evening. The rest of tonight will feature rain at varying rates, some may be heavy but total rainfall should be under an inch. Temperatures tonight will hold mostly in the 30s, near to above our average high temperature for the date.
We’ll continue to have some rain on Saturday though the rain will taper to drizzle and end later in the day. There may be some breaks in the clouds by the end of Saturday. It will also become windy Saturday afternoon. Temperatures will reach into the 40s for highs on Saturday with a few deeper valleys east of I-99 reaching up to near 50. Sunday will still be a bit windy with clouds and some sunshine. Highs Sunday will be in middle 40s. Monday will be mostly cloudy and a bit breezy with just a shower or two. Highs will be in the 30s to the lower 40s. There is a better chance for showers Monday night as a cold front moves toward the region. These showers should change to flurries before coming to an end on Tuesday. Highs Tuesday will be near to just above 40 but it will start to turn chillier later in the day on Tuesday. Wednesday will be a windy and colder day with clouds, some sunshine along with scattered flurries and snow showers. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 30s with the wind making it feel a good bit colder than that. Thursday will also be windy and seasonably cold with a mix of clouds and sunshine and the chance for some flurries. Highs will be in the lower to middle 30s. We’ll have a mix of clouds and sunshine on Friday with highs in the middle to upper 30s. Some colder air will start to press in more through the middle of the month.
