You’ll want to use caution and watch for low visibility and slick spots on your mid-morning and early afternoon commute. Freezing rain is impacting travel in some spots and leaving a coating of ice. Due to this the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Elk, Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Huntingdon, Mifflin and Centre Counties until 2:00 PM.  Also watch untreated surfaces like sidewalks, they will be slippery to wallk on. By this afternoon the freezing rain will switch over to plain rain. Our high temperatures today will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Tonight we will fall into the lower to mid 20s. Tonight we will have a wintry mix.

Thursday we will have the wintry mix switch over to  few snow showers and then clouds will try to break for some sunshine. Our high temperatures will be in the lower to mid 30s. Temperatures will drop through the day. Thursday night our low temperatures will fall into the upper teens to lower 20s. Friday we will have variable cloudiness with a few flurries. Our high temperatures on Friday will be in the lower to mid 20s. Friday night temperatures will drop into the 10s.
