Weather Forecasts

This evening the cloud cover will slowly increase and it will be cool. Tonight will be cloudy and chilly. Tonights lows will be in the mid to upper 40s.

Friday will start out mostly cloudy. There may be a few peaks of sunshine in the morning hours. Showers will arrive by midday and take over for the afternoon. A cold front will arrive in the evening hours and will bring scattered showers and some thunderstorms. The best time to see some thunderstorms will be between 5pm-8pm for Central Pennsylvania. Some of the thunderstorms could be strong and will produce heavy downpours and gusty winds. We will keep an eye on these storms and will let you know if they turn severe. Friday will be warm with the highs in the mid to upper 60s to the lower 70s. The winds will pick up in the afternoon and evening. The rain will move out of the region by 9pm.

The cold front will clear out the showers and most clouds for our Saturday. If you plan on heading up to State College for the Blue and White game the weather will be nice. There will be a mix of clouds and sun throughout the day. It will still be breezy. Saturday afternoon will be  warm with the highs in the upper 60s to the low to mid 70s. Enjoy Saturday’s weather because things change quite a bit for our Sunday.

The cloud cover will increase and rain will move in. Our next system will bring steady rain to the region. The clouds and rain will keep our high temperatures in the mid to upper 50s.  The rain will continue through the overnight hours and continue into Monday.

Monday morning will be cloudy and damp. There will still be periods of rain. The rain will wrap up by the afternoon. The clouds will try to break and allow some sunshine to come on through. Monday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 50s. The winds will be strong throughout the day.

Tuesday will be a dry day with a mix of clouds and sun. The highs will only reach the mid 50s but there will be some sunshine. Wednesday will see a mix of clouds and sun. There is a chance of a few showers. Most of the day will stay dry.

Wednesday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 60s. A warming trend will begin Wednesday due to the prefrontal warming.  Thursday will be cloudy with scattered showers in the afternoon. Despite the clouds and showers Thursday will still be quite warm with the highs in the mid to upper 60s.
