This morning there will be scattered showers with temperatures in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Today a low-pressure system will move through. It will create tricky travel for some. Today we will be cloudy with showers. We will get a break in the middle of the afternoon before showers move back in this evening and switch to snow showers tonight. Temperatures today will be in the lower 50s. It will become windy as the day goes on and become strong. Winds today will be from the southwest at fifteen to twenty miles an hour. Gusts will be even stronger. A Wind Advisory has been issued for Indiana and Jefferson County beginning at 10:00 AM until Thursday at 7:00 AM. Blair, Cambria, Clearfield, Elk, Centre, Bedford, Huntingdon, and Somerset Counties are under a Wind Advisory beginning at 1:00 PM until Thursday at 1:00 PM. Watch for branches down on the roadways as you travel. You may also want to secure objects down around your house outside so they don’t blow away.
Tonight we will fall into the lower to mid 30s. Tonight will be cloudy with some snow showers. The northwestern counties along with the Laurel Highlands could pick up between 1-3″ of snowfall late this evening into Thanksgiving morning. Watch for low visibility and slick travel conditions.

Saturday our next system will arrive. Saturday clouds will increase and a chilly rain or wintry mix will develop. Temperatures on Saturday will be in the lower to mid 30s. Saturday the rain could mix in with some snow. Saturday winds will be from the southeast between three to five miles an hour. Temperatures will fall into the upper teens to lower 20s. Sunday we will have a variable cloudy sky with some snow showers mixed with showers. Our high temperatures on Sunday will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s.
