The steady rainfall will begin to taper this evening and turn into scattered showers. The steadier rain and heavier showers will continue to fall over the northern counties this evening and tonight. The southern counties will still see a few showers but they will see less rain than the northern counties for tonight. The clouds will continue through the overnight with scattered showers. Tonight’s lows will reach the mid to upper 60s.
The remnants of Florence will move off to the east throughout the night and there wont be as much rain by Tuesday morning. A few showers will linger and it will still be a damp and a gray start to our Tuesday. The clouds will begin to break apart and we will slowly begin to dry up through the afternoon. The day will be mostly cloudy with a few peaks of sunshine in the afternoon and late evening. Ee can not rule out an isolated shower in the afternoon but most of us will stay dry. Tuesday’s highs will reach the mid to upper 70s but if the clouds break early a few more cities could reach the low 80s.
Wednesday The clouds will continue to break apart and Wednesday should be a decent day. Expect a partly cloudy sky day with no rain or showers. Wednesday’s highs will reach the upper 70s to the lower 80s. Wednesday night is when we will start to feel the crisp and cool air. Wednesday night’s lows will fall into the mid to upper 50s.
Thursday looks to be the nicest day of the week. High pressure moves in and clear out most of the clouds. the afternoon will be mainly sunny and warm. The afternoon temperatures will reach the upper 70s to the low to mid 80s.
Friday we will begin to notice a few extra clouds but it should be a nice day. There is a slight chance of a shower in the late afternoon hours. Most cities and towns will stay dry. Friday’s highs will reach the low to mid 80s. Friday will be the warmest day of the week.
The weekend will see a mix of clouds and sun. A few showers will pop up throughout the days but the days will not be a wash out. Sunday looks to be the wetter day but again still not too bad. Both days highs will reach the mid 70s.
