Watch for fog and rain reducing visibility as you travel throughout the day. Tuesday night our low temperatures will rise as the rain continues to fall. We could even have a few thunderstorms as a cold front passes through.
This entire week is looking damp and gray. Wednesday we will have more clouds compared to sunshine along with showers switching to snow showers as temperatures drop. Our high temperatures on Wednesday will be in mid to upper 50s early in the day, and then temperatures will be falling by afternoon. Once the front drops our temperatures we could have a few snow showers. While the cold front crosses the area, Wednesday will be very windy. Please make sure to secure anything that could blow away down or bring it inside. Wind gusts could be up to 40 mph. Thursday at this point looks like a dry day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. A few sprinkles or flurries cannot be ruled out. Which is great news for the Altoona Curve home opener. If you plan on going to the game make sure to bundle up it will be chilly. Our high temperatures on Thursday will be in the lower to mid 40s. Thursday will also be a very windy day making it feel colder. Winds on Thursday will be gusting up to twenty miles an hour. Thursday night our temperatures will drop into the upper 20s to lower 30s.

Friday night temperatures will drop into the lower to mid 20s. Saturday will be a day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Saturday will be a rather chilly day for April’s standards. Our high temperatures on Saturday will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Average high temperatures this time of the year are in the mid 50s and for most of this week we will be well below that. Sunday we will have high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s. Sunday clouds will increase as the day goes on. On Monday our high temperatures will be in the mid to upper 40s and it will be a cloudy day with rainfall. Higher elevations could see some snowflakes mixed in. Tuesday there will be more clouds compared to sunshine with high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s.
