Snow will develop from the south to the north on Wednesday morning and there will be a significant accumulation before changing to sleet and then freezing rain. Travel will become difficult from Wednesday through Wednesday evening then temperatures should rise above freezing by Thursday morning but it will take a while for the mess to be cleaned up.
