Thursday night into early Friday morning a light snowfall will be widespread across the area. Use caution and watch for some slippery road conditions. It looks like 1-3″ of snowfall and snow accumulation is trending more towards the lower end of this range.
Friday we will have snow showers early and clouds trying to break. In the west scattered snow showers will hang around later into the afternoon, but should not create too much in the way of commuting problems.
This weekend there is still a lot of uncertainty with the storm system that will move through. At this point it is safe to say travel will be impacted across Central PA from Saturday evening into early Sunday morning. We will have a better idea of precipiation types and snow amounts once this system moves through tonight into early Friday morning.
