This evening will be cloudy with fog. Steady rain will into the region. There will be some strong and heavy downpours for a few of us. The temperatures will be in the 40s and 50s. A Flood Watch is issued for Elk, Clearfield, Jefferson and Indiana counties this evening and it goes until 7:00 a.m. Friday. Later this evening and into tonight there could be a few thunderstorms, mainly in our western counties. A cold front will move through the region tonight and bring a line of steady and heavy rain with a few rumble sof thunder. Tonight the rain will taper to showers by the early morning hours. The temperatures tonight will rise ahead of the front but the fall quickly after.
Friday a cold front will move through. We will have rain to start the day and then clouds will break, for a short time. Temperatures will also drop as the day goes on. Early Friday we will be in the upper 40s but drop into the 30s through the day. The temperatures in the afternoon will be in the 20s to the 30s. There will be a few snow showers and some scattered flurries. It will also become windy as the day goes on. Friday night our low temperatures will be in the teens to lower 20s.
Saturday’s temperatures willbe below average for this time of the year. Our high temperatures will be in the mid to upper 20s with sunshine and a few passing clouds. It will also be a windy day making the air feel colder. Saturday night we will have low temperatures in the teens with a mainly clear sky.
Sunday we will have clouds increasing and there could be some snowfall late. Our high temperatures on Sunday will be in the upper 20s to lower 30s. Sunday night our low temperatures will be in the upper teens to lower 20s. The cloud cover will increase late in the day. A few snow showers may move in overnight.
Monday we will have a few flurries lingering with clouds mixing in with some sunshine. Our high temperatures will be in the lower to mid 30s. Tuesday we are watching a system to our south. Our high temperatures on Tuesday will be in the lower to mid 30s. Tuesday looks like it will be a rather cloudy day with snow developing. Snow will continue Tuesday night so temperatures will not fall. We will have low temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
Wednesday there will be snow early and then clouds will try to break. Our high temperatures on Wednesday will be in the lower to mid 30s. Thursday will have a mix of clouds and sun. The temperatures will be in the mid to upper 30s.
