Fog this morning then the rest of the day will be very similar to Friday with a mix of clouds and sunshine with showers and thunderstorms popping up during the afternoon hours. Some of these have the potential to be strong. Temperatures on Saturday though will lower slightly and it will not be as hot. We will have high temperatures in the upper 70s to lower 80s. We will have a partially clear sky Saturday night with a stray shower or thunderstorm. Saturday night temperatures will fall into the upper 50s to lower 60s. We have a ridge of high pressure in the southern United States, and that’s allowing a front to sit stationary overtop of us here in Central Pennsylvania. So even into the early start of next week, we will have variable cloudiness each day with showers and thunderstorms firing up during the late afternoon and evening hours. Sunday’s high temperatures will be in the upper 70s to lower 80s. High temperatures next week will continue to be slightly above our average high temperatures which are in the upper 70s. We will have high temperatures in the lower 80s throughout the week.
