Thursday will still be warm and humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially during the midday and afternoon hours. While not every place will be hit, any shower or thunderstorms could bring a flooding downpour. Highs will be near to just above 80.
An approaching cold front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms on Friday. We’ll still be warm and humid with clouds and some hazy sunshine. Thanks to a switch in the wind direction, temperatures will be able to reach into the lower to middle 80s. There are indications that this front may stall close to the region on Saturday. This is something that we will have to continue to watch as it will still be humid. We’ll have clouds and sunshine along with a shower or thunderstorm in places. Sunday looks like it will be mostly dry with a mix of clouds and sunshine and highs in the 70s. This would be good news for the Children’s Miracle Network Celebration event at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park. Of course that could change if this front does stall closer. If that does happen the weekend could end up cooler and wetter.
Monday will be comfortable with clouds and sunshine along with the chance for a shower or thunderstorm, especially during the afternoon. Highs will be in the 70s to near 80. Tuesday and Wednesday will be comfortable with a mix of clouds and sunshine. There is a small chance for a pop up shower or thunderstorm in places on either afternoon. Highs both days will be in the 70s.
