The front that has been the focus of the recent severe weather will sink just enough south of us to bring a cooler day Wednesday with more clouds than sunshine. There will be a couple of showers, and perhaps a thunderstorm around but the threat for severe weather does look much lower. Highs Wednesday will be in the upper 60s to the lower 70s.
Not much will change on Thursday with the front staying to our north. We’ll have more clouds than sunshine on Thursday along with scattered showers, and in spots, a thunderstorm. Highs will be in the upper 60s to the lower 70s. This front will start to shift northward on Friday and it will remain an unsettled day with a good deal of clouds along with numerous showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the 60s to near 70. Saturday and Sunday will be warmer again with a mix of clouds and sunshine. There will be a shower or thunderstorm possible on either day, especially during the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the middle to upper 70s. Monday will stay mild with clouds and sunshine along with scattered showers and thunderstorms. A front moving through will help to clean out the chance for showers and thunderstorm. We’ll have a nice day on Tuesday with highs in the middle 70s along with a mix of sun and clouds. We’ll stay comfortably warm later next week.
