Tuesday will be windy with clouds, some sunshine and some snow showers. Rain may mix in with some of the snow showers farther to the east. Temperatures most of Tuesday will be in the 30s. Wednesday will be another windy day with clouds, some sunshine along with scattered flurries and snow showers.
An arctic front may bring a heavier squall through the region Wednesday afternoon and evening which could bring a flash freeze and slick roads in a very short period of time. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 30s but likely will drop into the 20s in many spots by evening. Behind this arctic front we’re going to have one of our colder Thanksgiving Days despite a good deal of sunshine with highs in the 20s. It will be quite cold Thursday night with lows well down into the teens with some places maybe reaching the single digits. Black Friday will be chilly, but not as cold with sunshine mixing with some clouds. Highs will be in the 30s. The next storm system will bring a cold, soaking rainfall Saturday. It’s going to be a close call for this rain to fall as a wintry mix. Highs will be in the 30s. Sunday will be breezy, but not as cold with clouds and sunshine and highs in the 40s. Another rainfall or a wintry mix is possible for the first day of hunting season.
