Overnight Forecast Sunday, September 2, 2018

Tonight high pressure will be over the region and will bring us a partly cloudy sky, but it will be quite muggy as our low temperatures will be in the middle and upper 60s to the lower 70s.

This area of high pressure will continue to be with us for our Monday. This will bring us times of clouds and sunshine, but with it being quite warm and humid there can be a pop-up shower or thunderstorm in spots. High temperatures Monday will reach the middle and the upper 80s. We will have some clouds around Monday night thanks to the area of high pressure. It will still be a muggy night as our low temperatures will struggle to fall below 70 degrees. We will copy and paste Monday for the next few days. Tuesday and Wednesday will each have times of clouds and sunshine, with a pop-up shower or thunderstorm possible. Both days will be quite warm and humid as our high temperatures will once again reach the middle and upper 80s. Thursday will have clouds and sunshine, but showers and thunderstorms will start to become more numerous later in the day as a cold front starts to move toward the area. High temperatures Thursday will be in the 80s. This front will move through the region on Friday and Saturday bringing us plenty of clouds with scattered showers and a rumble of thunder. High temperatures Friday will be in the lower to middle 80s, while for Saturday high temperatures will be in the 70s to around 80. Sunday will then look to have a mix of clouds and sunshine with shower or thunderstorm possible. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s to the lower 80s.
