Overnight Forecast Friday, August 17, 2018

Tonight, we will have a mostly cloudy sky with showers and a thunderstorm in spots. It will turn out to be another muggy night with our low temperatures falling to the middle and upper 60s.

The clouds will continue into Saturday with showers possible and there can be a thunderstorm. High temperatures will reach the middle and upper 70s. Sunday will have more clouds than sunshine. Most places will stay dry, but a shower can’t be ruled out to the south as a front will stall to our south. High temperatures will again reach the middle to upper 70s. We will then dry out on Monday under a partly sunny sky with our high temperatures reaching well into the 70s and even the lower 80s. Another disturbance will move into the area for Tuesday. This will bring us a good deal of clouds with showers and a thunderstorm. High temperatures will not get out of the 70s. This system will move out the area Wednesday. So, we will have clouds and a shower possible early, otherwise the clouds will start to break for some sunshine. High temperatures will be in the 70s. An area of high pressure will move into the region for the end of the work week. Thursday you will want the sunglasses as we will have a mostly sunny sky. It will be a pleasant day as our high temperatures will be in the 70s with less humidity. Friday will be sunny to partly cloudy with high temperatures a few degrees either side of 80.
