Morning Forecast Saturday, June 22, 2018

A front will move through the area today and this will bring us a westerly wind. This will help to warm us up into the lower and middle 70s. However, we will have a variably cloudy sky with scattered showers and a thunderstorm is possible. We can have a lingering shower Saturday night into Sunday with low temperatures in the lower and middle 60s. Sunday will then bring us a mix of clouds and sunshine, but a disturbance passing to the north will bring a couple of showers and thunderstorms during the PM hours. High temperatures Sunday will be in the middle to the upper 70s. As we head into the start of the next work week an area of high pressure will move into the area. This will bring us a partly to mostly sunny day on Monday with high temperatures getting well into the 70s. You will then want the sunglasses as Tuesday will have a fair amount of sunshine. It will be a little warmer and a little more humid with high temperatures in the upper 70s to the lower 80s. We will warm up a little more on Wednesday with high temperatures in the 80s. Most of the day will be partly sunny but some showers and thunderstorms will be moving into the area late. We will continue to have scattered showers and thunderstorms on Thursday as a front passes through the area. It will be a warm and humid day with high temperatures in the 80s. We will have clouds and sunshine on Friday, but a shower or two is still possible. High temperatures will be in the 80s.
