Monday Night Weather Forecast, June 25, 2018

The clear sky tonight will allow our temperatures to fall quite low. The lows tonight will be in the upper 40s to the lower 50s.

Tuesday will be a very nice and pleasant day. High pressure will settle over the region and this will keep just about al of the clouds away. Tuesday will also remain dry because of the high pressure. The afternoon temperatures will reach the upper 70s to the lower 80s. The dewpoint temperatures will remain low so it will not feel humid at all.

Wednesday brings a bit of a change to Central Pennsylvania. A warm front and a cold front will bring clouds, rain and thunderstorms back to our neighborhoods. Expect scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day with peaks of sunshine. The day will be humid and warm. The afternoon temperatures will reach the low to mid 80s. A few of these storms could be quite strong and produce a heavy downpour and some gusty winds.

Thursday morning there will be some lingering showers and thunderstorms but they will dissipate around midday. Thursday afternoon actually looks quite nice with a partly cloudy sky. The afternoon temperatures will be in the low to mid 80s. It will still feel humid throughout the day.

Friday high pressure returns and with it a clear sky and some very warm to hot temperatures. Fridays highs will mainly be in the mid to upper 80s but a few cities could see the lower 90s.

Saturday and Sunday will both be very sunny and hot. The afternoon temperatures will reach the lower 90s for most cities. Each night we will not find much relief as our overnight lows will be in the upper 60s to the 70s.

Monday of next week we will remain dry, sunny and hot. Monday’s highs will be near 90.
