Today’s highs will be in the mid to upper 70s with a few cities and towns especially in the western counties. There is a chance of a few showers throughout today but most of us will stay dry throughout the afternoon showers. The humidity will remain high throughout today.
Tuesday will be a lot like Monday. The cloud cover will stick around and we can not rule out a passing shower. Tuesday’s highs will reach the mid to upper 70s with a few cities and towns reaching the low 80s. Again the humidity will remain high.
Wednesday we will have a mix of sun and clouds. High pressure will slide off tou our east and south east. This will allow some more warm air to move into the region. The humidity will remain high so no major change there. Wednesday’s highs will reach the mid to upper 70s. There is a slight chance of a shower late in the afternoon and into the evening hours.
Thursday will bring a chance to the region. A cold font will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to Central Pennsylvania. A few of these showers and thunderstorms could be quite strong and produce heavy downpours and gusty winds. The day will be warm and humid prior to the front arriving. Once the front arrives in the afternoon and evening hours the clouds will thicken up, rain will move in and the temperatures will drop. Thursday’s highs will reach the low to mid 70s.
Friday will be a cool day. The cold front that brought the rain Thursday will bring cooler and less humid air to the region. Friday will feel more fall like with the highs in the low to mid 60s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds throughout the day.
Saturday will be a cool day as well. Saturday’s highs will reach the mid to upper 50s. The fall air will stick around for a bit. Saturday will remain dry and cool with a mix of sun and clouds.
Sunday will be a lot like Saturday. Sun and clouds will take over for the day with some more refreshing air in place. Sunday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 50s.
