This morning will start off cloudy and warm. Showers will move in my midday as the cold front moves closer. The showers will turn into thunderstorms in the afternoon. A few of these thunderstorms will be quite strong and will produce heavy downpours and strong gusty winds. There is a chance that a few of these thunderstorms could turn severe. Some minor flooding could be an issue Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. Friday’s highs will be in the upper 60s to the lower 70s. If you come across a water covered road do not cross it. Stay weather aware throughout today. Friday night will be cloudy with showers. Friday nights lows will be in the mid to upper 50s.
Saturday will be warm with the highs in the mid to upper 60s to the lower 70s. There will be a mix of clouds and sun throughout the day with a few showers.
Sunday will be a little bit more cloudy with scattered showers. The could front will finally pass through the state and that will knock down the temperatures a little. Sunday’s highs will be in the upper 50s to the low to mid 60s. The majority of the day will be dry but we can not rule out a passing shower or two. If you are planning on a few easter egg hunts you may want to bring an umbrella just in case.
Monday will be quite a bit warmer. Monday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 60s with a few places in the lower 70s. There is a small chance for a few showers to pop up throughout the day but most of us will stay dry.
Tuesday will be mainly cloudy with a few peaks of sunshine. Again we can not rule out a passing shower. Tuesday’s high temperatures will be in the upper 60s to the lower 70s.
A weak disturbance will pass through Wednesday. Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will pop up. Despite the cloudy sky and some rain Wednesday will still be warm. Wednesday’s highs will be in the upper 60s to the lwoer 70s.
Thursday and Friday look mainly dry with a mix of clouds and sun. Both days will have highs in the mid to upper 60s.
