This evening we will keep the mainly clear sky going throughout the overnight hours. The clear sky will allow our temperatures to fall into the upper 40s to the lower 50s.
Saturday will be a warmer day with a little bit more humidity. Most of us will stay dry Saturday but there is a slight chance that a few of us may see a pop up shower or thunderstorm in the evening. Saturday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.
Sunday the heating trend will continue as the high pressure that has given us these nice afternoons slides off to the south east. This high pressure will tap into some hot and humid air from the Gulf of Mexico and send it north into Central Pennsylvania. Sunday’s highs will be in the upper 80s to the lower 90s. There is a slight chance of a pop up shower or thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Monday and Tuesday will be the hottest days as our highs will reach the low to mid 90s. Both days will be very humid so it will feel even hotter outside than what it really is. Both days could bring an afternoon shower or thunderstorm to the area.
Wednesday brings the best chance of widespread showers and thunderstorms as a cold front moves through the area. This will help drop down our temperatures down just a little bit but it will remain humid. Wednesday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.
