Friday Evening Weather Forecast, April 12th, 2019


A line of strong showers and possibly a few thunderstorms will move through Central Pennsylvania this afternoon. There will be some gusty winds and low visibility with in this line. There will be a few lingering showers after the front moves through. The winds will be strong this evening and overnight. The clouds will decrease a bit tonight. Tonights lows will be in the upper 40s to the lower 50s. Tonight will be mainly dry and that will set this up nicely for Blue-White game.

If you plan on going to the Blue-White game the weather will nearly perfect for some football and tailgating. Saturday will be a nice day with a mix of clouds and sun. It will be breezy for the first half day. Saturday will be warm with the highs will be in the upper 60s to the lower 70s. Enjoy Saturday while you can because the weather will change quite a bit for Sunday.

The cloud cover will increase throughout  Sunday. Our next rain maker will arrive and it will bring steady rain to Central Pennsylvania. Due to the clouds and rain the temperatures will only reach the upper 50s to the lower 60s. The rain will continue overnight and into early Monday morning.

The first half of Monday will be wet. The showers will move out by the afternoon. Monday’s highs will be in the mid 50s with a mix of clouds and sun.

Tuesday will be a dry day with a mix of clouds and sun. Tuesday’s highs will be in the mid to upper 50s.

Wednesday there will be a few more clouds than Tuesday. There is a chance of a few showers to pop up but most of us will stay dry. Wednesday’s highs will readch the upper 60s to the lower 70s.

Thursday will be a lot like Wednesday with a mix of clouds and sun. Again we can not rule out a pasisng shower throughout the day. Thursday’s highs will reach the upper 60s to the lower 70s.

 Friday the cloud cover will win out and there will be scattered showers. Friday’s highs will be in the low to mid 60s.
