Tonight will be a clear to partly cloudy night. It will be muggier than recent nights with lows in the 60s. Saturday will be quite warm and humid with a mix of sun and clouds. There could be a thunderstorm later in the day. Highs will be in the 80s, some places well into the 80s.
A weakening disturbance moving into the region will give us a better chance for a scattering of showers and thunderstorms, especially during the afternoon hours. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s. There still may be a shower or thunderstorm in a few spots Memorial Day; otherwise, we’ll have a mix of clouds and sunshine. Both Sunday and Monday will be warm with highs in the lower to middle 80s. While the chance for a thunderstorm will be there each day over the holiday weekend, most spots and much of the time should be rain free. It’s probably best to not cancel plans but accept that outdoor activities could be interrupted for a time over the weekend.
We’ll be between systems Tuesday and Wednesday. Each day will feature a mix of clouds and sunshine along with highs in the upper 70s to the lower 80s. The chance for some showers and thunderstorms will make a return by Thursday afternoon. Highs will still be near to just above 80 again on Thursday. There will be a better chance for a scattering of showers and thunderstorms on Friday and that threat may continue through the first weekend of the month of June.
