Evening Weather Forecast Monday, May 28th, 2018

A few spots will have a soaking thunderstorm this evening. These should collapse quickly as the sun goes down. The rest of the night will be partly cloudy and humid with low temperatures in the 60s. The warm and humid weather pattern will continue for the next couple of days. Tuesday will still be quite warm and humid with a mix of clouds and hazy sunshine. Highs will be in the middle 80s with high humidity making it feel uncomfortable. With the warm and humid air, we can’t rule out a stray afternoon shower or thunderstorm, but most of us should stay dry.

Wednesday and Thursday will stay warm and humid with a mix of clouds and hazy sunshine each day. The chance for an afternoon thunderstorm will remain low on Wednesday but there will be a better chance for more places to have a shower or thunderstorm Thursday afternoon. With so much moisture in the air, any of the storms this weekend could bring a flooding downpour. An approaching cold front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms on Friday. Highs will be in the lower 80s. Behind the front the weekend doesn’t look too bad. Saturday and Sunday will be less humid with a a mix of clouds and sunshine. There is only a small chance for a pop-up shower or thunderstorm each day. Highs will be in the 70s to the lower 80s.
