There will be a soaking shower or thunderstorm in a few spots early tonight, then the rest of tonight will be partly cloudy and muggy with low temperatures in the 60s to near 70. There will be a couple of areas of fog but they will evaporate away early in the morning hours on Tuesday. Tuesday will turn out to be another steamy day with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Temperatures will reach well into the 80s, some places will reach to near 90 before we have a scattering a thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. Any of these can bring flooding downpours.
As a front slowly draws to the area we will have more clouds than sunshine on Wednesday with numerous showers along with a scattering of thunderstorms. Once again, some of these could bring flooding downpours. Highs on Wednesday will be in the 70s to just above 80. Behind this front, Thursday will be a warm and humid day with a mix of clouds and sunshine along with highs in the lower to middle 80s. The chance for any shower or thunderstorm activity will be quite low on Thursday. Friday will also be warm and humid with a mix of clouds and sunshine along with just a slight chance for a pop-up shower or thunderstorm. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s. We’ll have more clouds than sunshine on Saturday along with scattered showers and a thunderstorm or two. Highs will be in the 70s to the lower 80s. A shower can not be ruled out on Sunday; otherwise, we’ll have a mix of clouds and sunshine with a seasonably warm afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 70s to the lower 80s. We’ll have a better chance for showers and thunderstorms with the approach of another front Monday afternoon. Highs will be in the 70s to near 80.
