An area of high pressure located to our south will give us nice weather and a big warm up through the middle of next week. The gusty breeze that picked up today will diminish this evening. The rest of tonight will be clear and a bit cool with lows in the 40s. Some of the colder spots will drop into the 30s.
Tuesday will feature a good deal of sunshine. It will be much warmer and a bit breeze during the afternoon with highs in the 70s. More humid air will start to push into the region Wednesday with sunshine mixing with some clouds. Highs will be in the 70s to near 80. Thursday will be breezy and warm with a mix of clouds and sunshine. As a front starts to move into the region there may be a late day shower or thunderstorm later Thursday into Thursday night. This front will bring more clouds than sunshine on Friday with a couple of showers and a thunderstorm around. The clouds and precipitation will probably keep temperatures from rising much higher that the lower to middle 70s. Behind that front we’ll have some very nice weather for the weekend. Saturday will feature a partly sunny sky. It won’t be quite as warm, but not bad for this time of the year with highs in the 60s to near 70. We’ll have a mix of clouds and sunshine on Sunday and a stray shower or thunderstorm can not be ruled out. Highs will be in the 60s.
Monday will also feature some sunshine with a comfortable afternoon. Highs will be in the 60s. We’ll stay mild through the middle of next week.
