Evening Forecast Tuesday, June 19, 2018


Tonight an area of low-pressure will be moving toward the region and this will bring us a partly to mostly cloudy sky and there will be an isolated shower or two by morning. Low temperatures tonight will be cooler than last night as they will fall to the upper 50s and the lower 60s. This area of low pressure will pass through the area tomorrow and it will keep us rather cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. It will be another seasonable day with our high temperatures only reaching the middle and the upper 70s. The showers and storms will start to taper off Wednesday night into Thursday morning. Low temperatures will be around the 60-degree mark. There is a slight chance for a lingering shower early Thursday. The rest of the day will see clouds breaking for sunshine as an area of high pressure will build to our north. High temperatures on Thursday will reach to around 80 degrees. The area of high pressure will continue to be with us for our Friday and will bring us a mix of sun and clouds. High temperatures will be in the 70s. Saturday will see the humidity increase ahead of a distubance that will bring us some showers and thunderstorms over the weekend. Saturday will have clouds and sunshine with some showers and thunderstorms developing later in the day. High temperatures Saturday will bein th upper 70s to the lower 80s. Sunday the disturbance will move through and keep us rather cloudy with scattered showers and thunderstorms. Then high pressure will be building in for the start of next week. Monday could have a lingering shower otherwise most of the day will have a mix of clouds and sunshine. The clouds and sunshine will continue into Tuesday. It will be cooler with our high temperatures around 80.
