Thursday: The cloud cover will increase and take over Central Pennsylvania. A few showers will move in during the morning hours. The heavier and steadier rain will move in the afternoon. A warm front will bring showers and thunderstorms to Central Pennsylvania. There will be periods of steady and heavy rain. The thunderstorms will cause gusty winds and strong downpours. Thursday’s highs will be in the mid-60s. The rain will continue overnight and into Friday.
Friday: The warm front will be north of us at this point, but a cold front will keep rain and a few thunderstorms around. Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy with scattered showers. There will be heavy pockets of rain throughout the day. The cold front will pass through the region in the evening and that will cause the winds to pick up. The showers will taper Friday night and that will set us up for a dry and nice Saturday.
