Friday Night: A cold front will move through the region Friday evening and that will push most of the rain away. Behind the front the winds will pick up and the temperatures will be fall very low. Friday night’s low temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 20s. The rain will turn into snow showers late tonight and into Saturday morning.

Saturday: Snow showers will continue to fall throughout Saturday. We do not expect a lot of snow but it will be enough to cover some roads and to cause some slick spots. The northern counties and the Laurel Highlands could pick up to 1-3 inches of snow in some places. Most of us will just see a few passing snow showers and could pick up to a dusting of snow at times. Saturday’s high temperatures will be COLD. Most cities and towns will only reach the low to mid 30s for their highs. The winds will be very strong throughout the day. The winds will make the day feel much colder.

Sunday: Cloud cover will linger Sunday morning but they will break for some sunshine in the afternoon. Sunday’s highs will reach the upper 30s to the lower 40s.
