GREEN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WBRE) — After going into labor with her son Petey and calling 911, a New Foundland EMT crew with Lori Crimson on board responded to the call.
Minutes later, the crew had to call an audible and pulled into a small parking lot to deliver the baby.
Petey’s head was almost half-way out, and I’m thinking ‘Oh Lord!’
Lori also thought about an obstetrics simulation course that allowed to help teach how to deliver babies.
Having never delivered a baby before, everything Lori learned came back with a flash.
Petey was safely born and the ambulance made its way to the hospital.
Lori also received her first stork pin, given to an EMT when they deliver a baby.
