1 tablespoon olive oil

1 onion chopped

1 carrot peeled and chopped 

1 stalk celery chopped

1 lb ground meat

2 cloves minced garlic

1/2 cup white wine

16oz crushes tomatoes

2 cups beef broth

1 cup cream 

Salt and pepper

Serve over pasta and add fresh grated Parmesan cheese
