Refreshing Pineapple Elixir

  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 4 oz aloe vera juice
  • 2 oz of sparkling water
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Simple Gut Health Smoothie

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 scoop of collagen
