Report: Penn State Special Teams Coach Taking NFL Job

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Penn State special teams coordinator is going to the NFL.

Penn State athletics posted the open job on its online job board Friday.

Penn State had a number of special teams letdowns this season. Most recent would be a failed fake punt and allowing a punt return touchdown in the Citrus Bowl.

According to NCAA.com, the Nittany Lions did not crack the Top-50 in punt return defense, net punting, blocked kicks, blocked punts or kickoff return defense.
