PSU Makes Small Change to Offseason Workout Program

Penn State football is finishing up its winter strength and conditioning program before starting spring practice.

The team decided to make a small change to its program this winter. The team moved most workouts to the afternoon instead of early in the morning. This allows players to get more sleep and more nutrition before hitting the weights.
