A 38-3 beat down was not enough to bump Penn State up in the latest College Football Playoff Poll released Tuesday.

Penn State stays at No. 12 in the country.

Michigan drops to No. 7 after a 62-39 loss to rival Ohio State.

The Buckeyes move up to No. 6 with the win.

Four Big Ten teams rank in the Top-25.
