Update: Due to the weather, Penn State baseball has suspended Friday’s baseball game to start tomorrow at noon.

The team will play a doubleheader against Rutgers.

Correction: Penn State baseball has moved up its Saturday game because of graduation – not expected rain.

We have updated the story below:

Penn State baseball has adjusted its weekend schedule because of graduation on campus.

Penn State athletics announced in a media release Friday, Saturday’s game against Rutgers has been moved up two hours to start at noon.

According to the release, the move helps as many graduates walk at their ceremonies as possible.

Friday night’s game against Rutgers is still set to start at 6:30 p.m. pending the weather. If Friday’s game were to be postponed, the teams will play a doubleheader on Saturday (with the first game moved up to Noon.)
