Berger signs Amateur Tryout Agreement with Wilkes Barre/Scranton Penguins

Penn State Men’s Ice Hockey Captain Chase Berger has agreed to an Amateur Tryout Agreement with the Wilkes Barre/Scranton Penguins, the club announced Thursday.

Berger will join the Pittsburgh Penguins AHL affiliate under the terms of the tryout and will be on a 1-year deal for the 2019-2020 season.

The forward finished his senior year with 14 goals and 15 assists in 39 games with the Nittany Lions.
