US Hotel Tavern shares their recipe for some Big Game Eats! Recipes Below.

Artichoke Spinach Dip 

Cream Cheese – 3 pounds

Dijon Mustard- 3/8 cup

1 large onion 

1 red pepper 

1 green pepper

chopped garlic fine dice

heavy cream 1/2 cup

white wine 1 cup

1 pound frozen spinach 

2 cups artichoke hearts 

medium dice onion, red and green pepper, saute onions til translucent, add peppers when onions are 1/2 way, just before done add chopped garlic til flavor blooms, then add spinach, white wine and cream, reduce til by 3/4. while this procedure is being done, put the cream cheese to mixer with paddle add mustard and mix until soft, add in the sauteed mixture to cream cheese and blend. serve with sliced batards or bread. can also serve with pita chips. \

Crab Dip 

Cream Cheese – 3 pounds

1 pound crab 

Dijon Mustard- 3/8 cup

1 large onion 

1 red pepper 

1 green pepper

heavy cream 1/2 cup

white wine 1 cup

old bay seasoning to taste

medium dice onion, red and green pepper, saute onions til translucent, add peppers when onions are 1/2 way, just before done add chopped garlic til flavor blooms, then add crab, white wine and cream, reduce til by 3/4. while this procedure is being done, put the cream cheese to mixer with paddle add mustard and mix until soft, add in the sauteed mixture to cream cheese and blend. serve with sliced batards or bread. can also serve with pita chips. 

Manmosa 

2 oz absolut mandarin vodka

4 oz orange juice

shake over ice 

pour in 16 oz glass 

top with blue moon

garnish with orange slice
