Big Game Eats: Cauliflower Wings

1 large head of cauliflower 

3/4 cup buffalo wing  sauce

1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt 

1 table spoon garlic powder 

Salt and pepper to taste

Pre heat the over to 450

Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite sized chunks and place in a large ziplock bag

Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly 

Pour liquid into the bag and shake to evenly cover the cauliflower 

Place cauliflower onto a greased baking sheet/foil

Cook for 20 mins then flip and cook for 10 more minutes

Enjoy!
