The two people who admitted to sharing pornographic images of children will be behind bars for 30 to 60 years.
Kevin Kight, 41, was sentenced today in Jefferson County Court. While Rebecca Gardner was sentenced yesterday. The two took a plea deal back in early November, while facing child pornography and other charges.
According to the Jefferson County’s District Attorney’s office, Gardner sent graphic images of her four year old daughter to Kight. The D.A’s office says Gardner also allowed him to perform sexual acts and sexual intercourse with the child. Police say the two were married for a brief time, and Gardner sent the graphic child images to Kight after the reconnected.
Kight also pleaded guilty to sexual assault and other charges involving sexual intercourse and graphic images of a 16 year old girl, according to the Jefferson County’s District Attorney’s office.
