This Saturday will be another chance to become a miracle maker by running in the Children’s Miracle Network’s Annual Turkey Trot at Gray’s Woods in State College.
WTAJ and CMN have been partners for over 20 years raising money to help ill and injured children right here in Central PA at the Janet Weis Children’s Hospital in Danville and all of the outreach clinics throughout our region. Each June we celebrate the miracles of life with our miracle kids.
As CMN’s Director Vanessa Houser explains, “To be able to partner with such a tremendous media outlet as WTAJ and having such a tremendous champion like you for all this time has really helped us get out and about in the community and let people know that we’re here and what it is that we do.”
As WTAJ’s Carolyn Donaldson says, “I am so fortunate to have shared the stories of 21 of my own miracle kids and together – thanks to your generosity we have raised millions of dollars to help make miracles happen!”
It’s not too late to join in Saturday morning’s 9 a.m. run at the Grays Woods Medical Complex – for the 5k Turkey Trot.
