SANDY TOWNSHIP, CLEARFIELD COUNTY – A 16 year old is facing indecent assault charges.
Sandy Township Police in Clearfield County say the juvenile was inappropriately touching himself in front of a 43 year old woman.
It happened Wednesday in one of the laundry rooms at the Cayman Landing Campground in Treasure Lake.
Police say the teen then left on a bicycle. The woman gave a description of the teen to police and they searched the campground for him.
When the 16 year old was located, police say he admitted to the incident.
