Candice M. Julian, 42, is also facing misdemeanor charges of recklessly endangering another person. According to police, Julian was involved in an argument on July 18 with her 20-year-old son and another woman at a residence on North 6th Street in Altoona.

The argument continued as both parties moved to the parking area. The victims were telling Julian to leave when they heard a loud bang. Julian got into a vehicle and drove away, according to the report.

According to police, a neighbor heard a loud noise while sitting in her living room. She walked into her kitchen and noticed glass falling from her storm door and magnets from her refrigerator on the floor.
