Study explains benefits of hugging

It looks like hugs help improve your mood, physical health and relationships.

That’s according to researchers at Carnegie Mellon. They who followed 400 adults for two weeks. 
Those who received hugs during the days they had conflicts — experienced smaller increases in negative emotions that continued into the next day.
